Director // Dramaturg


I direct and develop new plays and revivals, and work with artists and organisations to nurture ideas from the spark to the stage. 

I have been Literary Associate at the Orange Tree since 2014, where I guide the theatre’s development and programming of new work.

From 2020-2022 I was Creative Associate at Headlong, developing a slate of new plays and ideas for regional touring and looking after the company’s talent development programmes. 

From 2011-2015 I was an Associate Artist of Company Three. 

I have been Staff Director at the National Theatre and an Assistant Director at the RSC.
